Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Since each item is handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.
During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be longer.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Pretty Practical Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pretty Practical Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Because every item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern placement, or finish may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and are a natural part of handcrafted products—they are not considered defects.
